Sleep is very important to athletes, if they don’t get sufficient sleep, they produce less HGH and it becomes harder for them to recover from workouts. Agree with establishing a regular sleep schedule, that means getting up at the same time every day and aim to go to bed same time as well. Some sound advise here!
