We have developed a mental training app for runners that helps you to focus on your positives, enhancing focus, confidence, experience & performance for athletes of all abilities. The activacuity app contains daily guided imagery sessions that are 10-15 minutes in length, and are available in an easy to use format for iOS users.
The app is endorsed by three top US trail runners: Melody Fairchild, Joseph Gray, and Sage Canaday. The longer the race, the more important your mental state becomes. See our special offer in the box to the right and help align your mind with your goals.
