Women's running camps 2020 - 2021 camp details coming on October 6, 2020 - our newsletter followers receive details September 29, 2020

Challenge your body – Inspire your soul – are you ready to fall in love with running?

  • I left camp with my heart nearly exploding with gratitude and love for all of the strong individuals I met. Not only have I expanded my support group, I came out of this experience with more confidence, education, and inspiration than I could have imagined. I can’t wait to come back to camp again!

    Kateel - Oregon
  • My week long participation in the Active Altitude intermediate women’s running camp was one of the best events in my life where I felt affirmatively supported, improved my running form, ate like a queen to fuel properly, enjoyed leisurely time with the coaches and athletes, and I made life long friends with 7 other running goddesses!

    Liv - New Mexico
  • The Active at Altitude intermediate ladies run camp was a fabulous week of trail running in the Rockies and useful workshops, based around the Lydiard run coaching method. It was a fun group with lots of support and laughter.

    Melanie, France
  • To say that this camp was life-changing might seem hyperbolic but it really was. I learned so much about strength and endurance, what I should be doing to build it, and how to prevent injuries, which will really change my life. I had several epiphany moments in the camp and can’t wait to create a new holistic training plan for running and wellness.

    Robin, MD
  • A camp which helps you achieve an efficient running form – all done with support and kindness and encouragement!

    Sandee, Kansas
  • Terry and Jacqueline identified specific aspects of my running form that I could work on early on in the camp, which allowed me to make significant progress in just a week!
The supportive atmosphere created by this diverse group of women allowed everyone to take on challenges and try new things

    Margo, Tucson, AZ
  • I learned so much that week of camp: The proper way to do speed drills on the track, how to run tempo runs, hill sprints, and proper strengthening exercises (my favorite activity was running in water). I learned about goal setting and doing positive imagery exercises before runs. All of these lessons made me a stronger runner physically and mentally. But the biggest surprise for me that week was a newfound excitement and energy for running. For many years I was tied to a training schedule, and the only thing I focused on was completing my weekly mileage. Although I love building up mileage and seeing my fitness improve, I was tired of that routine and knew I needed to change my methods.
Your camp, your knowledge and positive attitude was just what I needed to invigorate my body and soul. I left camp feeling refreshed, inspired, empowered and energized. Terry, your outlook on life, the love you have for the sport, the knowledge you shared, and the positive way you encouraged all of us, was transforming. Learning from you in breathtaking Estes Park and getting to know the other six amazingly strong women that week exceeded my expectations

    Kim, Meridian
  • Terry & Jacqui are amazing coaches. The week was an incredible blend of training, learning about running, making friendships, and personal breakthroughs. Thank you Jacqui & Terry for helping me take my running to the next level

    Hannah, Victoria, Canada
  • This camp has been a fun-with-a-purpose experience. It has challenged me physically & mentally and peeled back some layers to get me in touch with my deeper self. It is the whole experience – physical, mental, emotional, social. Thank you Terry & Jacqueline

    Nancy, IN
  • This camp is so much more than running & training at altitude. It is a safe, happy, comfortable space that allows personal reflection & group encouragement. Active at Altitude is beyond running!

    Gretchen, Boston
