“I arrived hoping to have a week of running instruction and fitness training, not really knowing what to expect. The setting was perfect and the week was full of a great variety of training and exercise sessions tailored extremely well to the level of all the participants. The camaraderie was wonderful and the entire experience was even better than I had hoped for. “Rebecca went on to take 5 mins off her 1/2 marathon PR 2 weeks after the camp.
