Grand Canyon Trail Half Marathon – Free Training Program
Our training program for the trail half marathon is free to any Ultra Adventures runner that registers prior to the start of the programs. This program is for you if you are already a runner that is capable of running at least a 10K to 10 mile distance on trails or roads. The program will include a variety of training stimulii along with tips and techniques to help you prepare for this trail race.
Each program is delivered in 4 week blocks via an e-newsletter from Active at Altitude. Our programs are based on proven science based components, and progress over the duration. More than 4,300 runners signed up for our programs with Vacation Races in 2016!

We have developed a mental training app for runners that helps you to focus on your positives, enhancing focus, confidence, experience & performance for athletes of all abilities. The activacuity app contains daily guided imagery sessions that are 10-15 minutes in length, and are available in an easy to use format for iOS users.
