A new 5 day camp has just been added to the Summer 2014 Camp schedule for Active at Altitude!
The camp adds a shorter stay option for adult women runners who are looking for a running camp that inspires, educates, and empowers their running, and their life!
The dates announced are August 11-16, and registration is open for all accommodation options!
The camp combines group runs with interactive workshops covering a range of key topics, such as nutrition, training programs, self belief, race preparation, guided visualizations, and much more. Accommodation, food, and camp transport are all included in the camp rate. Each day comprises a run in the morning, and a cross training activity in the afternoon – this can be hiking, pool running, and rock climbing.
Single room – Double bed / shared bath room – 3 places available $1280.00
Double room – Double or twin bed / shared bath room – 2 places available $1150.00
Bunk room – two bunks / shared bath room – 3 places available $970.00
50% of camp rate is due at time of booking – balance is due July 10, 2014. Initial payment by debit / credit card, balance by check.
